Ballet is a dance style that combines technique, musicality, coordination and expression. In these classes, children learn the foundations of ballet in a playful and age-appropriate way, while working on posture, movement and body awareness.
Our teacher Rosalie brings her professional experience from both the Netherlands and New York into the studio. With a background in Dance Education and training at The Ailey School and Broadway Dance Center in New York, she has extensive experience teaching children of different ages and levels.
The focus is not just on learning ballet technique, but on building confidence, creativity and a love for movement in a positive and encouraging environment.

Rosalie
Rosalie van Wamel is a professional dancer and experienced dance teacher with a passion for introducing children to movement, creativity and dance. With a Bachelor’s degree in Dance Education, she has extensive experience teaching children of different ages and creating classes that combine strong foundations with play, imagination and self-expression.
Her training at The Ailey School and Broadway Dance Center in New York has given her a broad background in different dance styles, including ballet. In her children’s classes, Rosalie focuses on helping young dancers develop coordination, musicality, body awareness and confidence, while most importantly discovering the joy of movement.

We call “punch card” to groups of 10 and 20 classes. When signing up for a course, you will be purchasing a punch card. This system allows to attend the classes at the most convenient time, without having to join consecutively. It is possible to attend trial classes (free of charge). Please read “how can I attend a trial class?”
