High Heels is a dance style that combines technique, confidence, musicality and expression. In this open-level class, dancers learn how to move confidently in heels while working on posture, balance, lines and choreography.
Our teacher Rosalie brings her professional experience from both the Netherlands and New York into the studio. Trained by mentors such as Dana Foglia, Yanis Marshall and Courtney Sauls, she creates a space where dancers can develop strong technique while discovering their own style.
The focus is not just on learning choreography, but on feeling powerful, expressive and comfortable in your movement.
